Studio 2 Online, Leicestershire’s largest independent web design agency, has scored a 1st by being the only agency in the UK to be awarded the prestigious SEMPO Platinum agency seal for Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
SEMPO, the Search Engine Marketing Professional Organisation, is an independent non-profit professional organisation working to promote the value of effective search engine marketing since it was formed in 2003. It has stringent qualification rules for both individual search engine marketing (SEM) professionals and agencies offering SEM services.
Studio 2 Online qualified for the Platinum seal when the third member of their dedicated SEM team, Harpreet Seehra, joined fellow team members Mariam Shariff and David Crowhurst in passing her SEMPO Advance exam. SEMPO require at least 50% of employees in a business who interacting with clients about Search Engine Marketing to have graduated from their advanced SEO course before the Platinum seal can be awarded. Prior to Harpreet graduating Studio2 Online had already qualified as one of a select few agencies to be awarded the Gold seal.
