Due to our continued growth, Studio 2 Online, Leicester’s largest and leading New Media agency, have a unique and very exciting position for an Internet Marketing Team Leader. The successful candidate will come from an Internet Marketing background, with at least 4 years Internet Marketing under their belt. This area of the business is growing rapidly and therefore now requires someone to lead the department. An experience of managing other members of a team would be a distinct advantage, but not essential.

Your role would involve developing and leading a growing department within the business, Internet Marketing. The role will encompass developing existing products as well as looking for new product offerings and how to take these to market. You will work closely with the existing marketing team to develop new products and look for new ways to promote and enhance existing product offerings, including Natural Search Engine Optimisation, Email Marketing and Pay Per Click management. You will also spend some time working on existing clients projects to help spread the workload. You will work with the existing members of the team to enhance processes and look for new ways to streamline tasks.

Your skills will include an in-depth understanding of Internet Marketing, especially natural Search Engine Optimisation. You should also have experience in Email Marketing, Pay Per Click and experience in Viral Marketing & eBay trading would be beneficial.;

• Responsible for the Internet Marketing offering of the company
• Responsible for producing monthly management reports to be presented to the board
• Overall responsibility for the results produced by the Internet Marketing team
• Responsible for achieving targets for the search engine packages
• Responsible for achieving growth and renewal rate targets
• Responsible for the running & management of the Internet Marketing team
• Responsible for the line management of all members of the Internet Marketing team
• Responsible for ensuring that all work for the department is completed in accordance with the schedule produced by the Project Manager.
• Ensuring that all department work is completed on time & on budget
• Completing administration work, as necessary
• Responsible for the internet marketing of the Studio 2 website

• Detailed understanding of natural SEO techniques with the ability to successfully promote websites within the search engines.
• Detailed understanding of Google Adwords system and techniques for optimising and maximising a PPC campaign.
• Experience in executing and managing successful Email Marketing campaigns
• Ability to find out the “apparent age” of a website within the search engines.
• Good experience and knowledge of Viral Marketing is preferred

• Ability to manage a team of people to ensure work is completed on schedule and to a high standard.

• Ability to use email, Internet applications, MS Windows operating system and CRM tools to support their role
