Due to our continued growth, Studio 2 Online, Leicester's largest and leading New Media agency, now require two telemarketers to further develop our current marketing activity.  Previous experience is not essential, but the successful candidates will need enthusiasm and commitment along with an excellent and persuasive telephone manner to help develop new enquiries.

Responsibilities will include contacting existing clients and new marketing prospects to secure appointments for our account managers and to confirm bookings for seminars and other marketing activity. Accurate record keeping of calls made and call responses will be an integral part of the job role.

Training and support will be provided and the role offers an excellent opportunity for those wishing to work part-time in a busy but informal city centre environment.

• Responsible for telephone contacting of clients and marketing prospects to arrange confirmed appointments for our account managers.
• Responsible for confirming attendees to Studio 2 Online seminars or other marketing events.
• Performing other telemarketing contacting and tasks as required.
• Responsible for projecting Studio 2 Online in a professional and appropriate manner to both clients and prospects.
• Appropriately raising the profile of the company within its target market.
• Providing accurate daily reports of telemarketing activity.
