General Description

Leicestershire’s longest established new media company, Studio 2 Online, has an immediate need to recruit a proven Senior Digital Account Manager to proactively support and develop its existing client base.

You’ll be responsible for retention and business development across a wide portfolio of clients. Based at our prestigious Leicester city centre offices, your responsibilities will include taking client briefs, working with developers and project managers, building relationships and growing revenue. Working with a fantastic team, you’ll need the ability to inspire clients and colleagues alike.

You’ll be expected to regularly visit clients to identify development opportunities and communicate requirements to your colleagues. You’ll also be encouraged to work with the internal team to proactively identify opportunities to present back to clients.

Following a successful integration into the company, and having demonstrated the ability to develop business from your clients, your role will be extended to include recruitment of an additional Account Manager. You will then be responsible for the development and mentoring of the successful candidate, while maintaining your own client base.

This role would suit a confident, highly organised and well presented account manager who has a proven track record in a digital agency and is looking for a new challenge and the next step on the ladder. The role has excellent growth prospects and the successful candidate will be given full training and support.

£27,000 - £35,000 basic + uncapped commission bonus
